I feel like it’s happened to everyone. Someone tells you, “Hey, you look just like” (some other person they know or celebrity.)

What do you do when you find the person unattractive, or think they really look nothing like you? Do you take it as an insult? Do you slap on a forced smile and mumble, “yeah...sort of” or do you vehemently disagree?

This topic came to me because I was out with a friend and met up with other friends. One of them, rather drunk, kept insisting one of my friends looked exactly like Steve Buscemi. He literally looks nothing like him. My friend was so annoyed like thanks for calling me ugly, basically.

Just curious about other people’s opinions on this. I’ve definitely had it happen to me and I’ll just awkwardly laugh and say I don’t see the resemblance.
