On his own time!

Long post!

Hey ladies! So I was scheduled for a repeat c section on 1/28. However yesterday I had my last appointments with my OB & Maternal fetal medicine. MFM did my biophysical & noticed my fluid dropped more. The on call doctor contacted my OB's office to let them know. I had an hour before that appointment so I just waited to see what they would say. They wanted to see me back on Friday to see if there was another drop. Well once we got home I took a nap & around 7 I woke up to contractions. I had been having them off & on for a week so I didn't think anything. Next thing I know they were painful, but not close enough to be in labor or so I thought. Around 1:30 I was calling the nurse line to see what I should do. They wanted me to come & be checked. Keep in mind my baby boy has been breech since around 19 weeks. Well we walk in after dropping my 4 year old daughter off & I get hooked up. They ask was I checked in office today & no I wasn't. I get checked & I'm at a 4. I'm shocked because a week & a half prior I was nothing! They start to scramble to prep me for my c section & I'm like I feel pressure. Doctor checks me & I'm almost a 6 in that half hour! I finally get into surgery & at 4:50 am my baby boy came into the world on his time! He is 9lbs 11oz & I'm so glad I didn't have to go to term because he would have been even bigger lol. Thank you for reading & blessings to all of you!
