But what are you measuring on the ultrasound? 10 weeks or 3 weeks or less/more?

6 positive pregnancy test. Went to clinic and nurse said that my last period in November makes me 10w. But I also had a period in December which would only make me 3w. Went to see OB today and he said that my ultrasound shows that I’m not 10w and that he couldn’t find heartbeat. Second ultrasound done w/ nurse and she said same thing. Then my OB said it may not be a normal developing pregnancy. I believe I’m just not far enough along to see any heartbeat on ultrasound. Do I need to schedule DNC ?
