Need advice

TTC for 12 years..been on clomid..went got a hsg right tube is blocked :(. ..been pretty exact on periods until now..it's a week late..I keep getting faint positive tests. Went last week Tuesday got blood work and it was negative..took one this morning and ANOTHER faint positive??? No sign of af...what should I do? Is it possible I'm pregnant or is the blood pretty accurate?
