So worried and scared

So I just came back from my doctors appointment and when she did the ultrasound she didn’t see anything in my uterus. I have a history of ectopic pregnancy so therefore im so afraid. She ordered blood work, one today and another on friday. The good news was that she didn’t see any fluid around my uterus which could indicate bleeding. Im really praying that the scan was just too early and that everything is okay.
