Has anyone dating a guy or a women who has a child with an x?

The partner stays over the x's house to watch the child because the parent who you are dating is only renting a room and has no real space for the child to hang out and it's boring. To add a little more to the story...most nights dad not only watches his son but also watches the granddaughter of his xgf. She is a bartender and " doesn't know her schedule till a day ahead of time 🤔

Would this bother anyone or am I just getting a little bothered that a grown up women doesn't know her work schedule and when she needs the father to jump he asked how high.

Yes kids will always be number one.

As far as my feelings are considered I feel like after a year of this. I am getting tired of being thought of after the fact. Basically how do you deal with inconsistently with s/o x?😐
