Decreased fetal movement?

What is considered decreased movement? My first pregnancy my son moved all the time, this time baby girl barely moves to begin with, but she only moved once today..

I think it’s normal to have less movement now as baby is running out of room and getting in position for birth which could mean limbs into your body. My OB said if I notice decreased movement to drink a regular pop or glass of
OJ and lay down and do kick counts.

Decreased movement is any movement less than normal for your baby. If you think you have decreased movement then do an actual kick count and call your OB if you don’t reach the count. Remember that rolls count as movement, especially this late
