Really proud of my weight loss - 154 to 130 in 6 months
I'm 5'4". 154 on the left, and 130 on the right. I started in Feb 2018 and ended in July 2018. I bought a Bowflex Max Trainer and worked out 2-3x a week for 40 minutes. I ate 1200c a day (but more when I exercised) and logged every food item with MyFitnessPal. I definitely had cheat meals and moments. And that's ok because look where I am now! It's very hard for me to work out. I'm incredibly lazy and I don't have a ton of stamina. I also don't like going to a physical gym. It always gave me anxiety. The rushing there from work, changing, working out, rushing home to make dinner....now all I have to do is go upstairs and hop on the machine. I have always dieted, but never saw results like this until I started doing cardio. There were some weeks where I plateaued before I hit 130. Don't give up, it'll be worth it, I promise!
