So I went to the dr for my first check up thinking I was 10 weeks. Only the sac was seen in the us, then a vaginal us was done. They saw something very tiny and since my period has always been very irregular dr said maybe I wasn't as far along as I thought it maybe I had an early miss miscarriage.

Now 2 days later I've started spotting at first it was just when I wiped hot now it's a bit more. So I'm pretty sure I did have a miscarriage. I've heard other people say they have cramps or pain and bleeding, that it first starts like their period. I have not had any of this symptoms. How long after a miscarriage do you start bleeding and how long does it last? And how do you know if you're body dispose of it all?
