TTC after Vasectomy Reversal

So my husband got a vasectomy with his first marriage 5 years ago- long story short last April we decided to do the reversal surgery considering he is only 33 and I am 29 with normal periods and ovulation cycles. He had a semen analysis in August but due to some swelling he did not have any sperm. We have been TTC for 2 months now and have not be able to get my BFP. Was wondering if anyone on here has success stories after a vasectomy reversal?
