Diet advice?
My son was pretty much into all fruit and veggies when he first started eating but slowly we find ourselves with a diet high in carbs (rice, potatoes, oatmeal, bread) and fruit. I sneak spinach into my smoothies that he will share with me, and today he miraculously ate an avocado, but beyond that there's not a lot of veggies. He eats so much food! Sometimes more than me! My question is how do I get veggies reintroduced and keep his calories up?
