Itchy nipples at 36 weeks?

My nipples have been soooo itchy for the past week. Thankfully I have self control when it comes to this because that would be painful, but does anyone else have this problem? It has been really bad lately! 
I looked them over and they don't look dry or flakey. Any recommendations? I am going to try coconut oil tonight as I don't have any nipple specific lotions like nipple balm at home.

I express when I get super itchy and usually have some leakage due to it. I know that breast milk is a natural cureall so ive just been smearing the leaked colostrum over my nipples. it works rather well! its super sticky though until it dries, then I either wipe it off with a shower later or just let it crust off. but I prefer natural products to chemicals, especially with my tits.

I'm using Eucerin and that's helping me a lot!! Also someone got me nipple cream that helps when they are itchy.
