Ok so this is a dumb question but I don’t really know what to search up and I don’t have anyone to talk to about this but like (some background) when <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a> gives insight about what your hormones are doing to your body (low sex drive, super hungry, etc) it’s always pretty accurate for me personally, which is nice because I know that my cycle is regular and stuff like that

So I’ve been taking birth control for a few months and from what I understand it stops you from ovulating. But if I’m still going through all of the predicted hormonal changes from my cycle does that mean it isn’t working? Should it be stopping those things?

Also, if my periods are really light and short now that I’ve been taking it does that mean it’s working well? I’m sort of psyching myself out I think because my boyfriend came inside of me (without letting me know, I would have had him pull out as a safety measure)
