Best baby sleep training course?

Question

I did the Taking Cara Babies newborn class but I also was looking at the Little Ones Newborn Sleep class. 
Anyone take a class that really helped them?
My baby is only 2 weeks old so I know we still have a while but I want to be prepared and start making good sleep habits where possible.

If they cost money? None of them. 
Just be consistent. Find a routine that works for YOU, and for baby. Stick with it. 
It’s rare, but my son was sleeping 8 hours on his own by 4 weeks, 12 hours by 6 weeks. He was always an independent sleeper, even if it meant we lost a few nights of sleep. 
We’d do the same routine, at the same time, same place, every night. He had days and nights straight by 1 week old. It’s work, and it’s exhausting. But it’s worth it.

You’re probably good until baby runs into specific issues. You have a great foundation and then you can address whatever crops up. Because things will crop up no matter how prepared you are.... Way to be proactive though!
