Cramps like bad

I was having really bad cramps last night and having diarrhea like BAD! I was constipated the day before and having mild cramps. Today I’ve had a few cramps and gas but I assume it’s gas and bowel related. Has anyone else had this? I’m 16 weeks 5 days.
