I had unprotected sex and he clearly pulled out before he came but I’m super nervous and my boobs are sore but I’m supposed to be ovulating this week should I be nervous

Please do NOT have unprotected sex if you are not willing to deal with the consequences. Ovulation can cause sore boobs in some women. I get them when I ovulate. Don't stress too much about it. Just chill out until your expected period date, because if you're not pregnant and you stress about it, it can cause you to miss. 
But if you don't want a baby. And you choose to continue having sex. Be smart and use protection
