Neutrogena has this natural facial exfoliate. I only use it a couple times a week since my skin is also sensitive and gets dry.

I use a cleanser from Clean and Clear and a silicone scrubby. If I need something a little more intense, I use a wash cloth 🤷🏼‍♀️

I use hot water and a good washcloth. Then apply coconut oil. Sometimes I get a small breakout during menstruation but that's it. Skin is crystal clear =)
