Unpleasant (almost painful) sex
This is my first child. Trying to get a better idea if this is common with other women.
When we have sex it's almost like everything inside of me is all tense and cramped up. So the whole time I'm almost half holding my breath. It's not horrible pain but it's not very enjoyable.
I try to relax my body and/or mind but it's not working.
Anyone else have similar experiences?
