The PCOS that wasn’t.....

Hi Ladies, my husband and I started trying last year for about 5 months but it was a stressful time for us and we didn’t get pregnant. We took 2 month break and now this is our last 6 months to try before seeking out a fertility specialist. My endocrinologist diagnosed me with PCOS but my obgyn and prenatal ultrasound tech said with my very regular periods and nothing abnormal on the ultrasound in my preception exam, they were like probably not PCOS. Instead they think it’s a metabolic hormone issue. So I am taking Metformin because of excess insulin and testosterone but I started working out 6 days a week in December and changed my diet to cut out excess sugar and carbs. (THIS is my 6th week). Anyone else in a similar boat?
