When I was on Yaz I just took one everyday when I woke up in the morning. You can set an alarm every day at the same time on your phone to help remind yourself to take it, whether that’s a night or in the morning, choose the time that’s more convenient for you. I always had a positive experience with Yaz I was originally on Lutera back in the day but it made me have crazy mood swings so I switched real quick😂 Talk to your doctor and ask what pill would best suit you. I don't think you really get to choose which pill you go on. I've never gotten to at least. Other than the mini pill or regular. Also I never had a set time that I took mine. Just generally in the morning or generally at night. Mine made my stomach upset (every kind) so I took it at night before I went to bed. Try to find a time of the day you are not usually working or just set a way time to notice because even if you are working a pill pack is small enough you can just toss it in your purse or even a pocket and take it when you need to.
