How long after your first miscarriage did it take you to conceive a healthy baby?

I had my miscarriage in July on the 14th and would like to try again a month after I have my first period. I had my first period happen again. The miscarriage was very short (natural miscarriage they told me) so when should I try again in your opinion or when did you try and conceive your rainbow baby

I've never been pregnant but I'm dealing with infertility.

The one thing I've been told that made me feel better is my grandmother talking about her miscarriage. Her first pregnancy she lost her baby and was devastated. The doctor told her to wait 6 months before trying again to let her body recover. She was pregnant with my mother 2 months later :)

We've tried again almost as soon as the doc cleared us to after each miscarriage. So far we've had 4 miscarriages and 1 chemical with no healthy pregnancies. But my situation is complicated. Overall we've been trying for 4-5 years with a break for only this past 5 months because I'm getting medically discharged from the military.

If you both feel like you're ready to try again then go for it. After my first MC I was pregnant three months after. Every other one it's been a year, besides after the chemical that was also another three months to another pregnancy.
