What should i do?

Hey beauties! So not too long ago i got out of TOXICCCC relationship that lasted almost 4 years (Long distance), i literally CANNOT sleep whatsoever. I miss falling asleep on FaceTime With him. It doesn’t feel right. I lose sleep because of him. I don’t know what to do. I stay up from 12am to 3/4am crying till i have no energy. I can’t help it. Any tips/suggestions/ comments??
