intense round ligament pain?

Question

so i’ve had my fair share of round ligament pain and never really thought anything of it. i’m almost 18 weeks. 
in the middle of the night though, i got up to pee and twisted the wrong way and it hurt so bad i felt like i pulled a muscle. the pain went away in 30 seconds but i’ve never felt ligament pain that strong.
it made me feel very worried. did that hurt the baby? i know i’m paranoid but it really did hurt that bad.

I feel you I’m 25 weeks and every time I get up and get down or get in and out the car I feel like I’m hurting him or pulling a muscle. They way he’s position actually feels like he’s gonna fall out of my uterus each time he moves like he can just stick his hand out my vajayjay and wave to me. I email my doctor constantly and she says all is well unless it’s hard for me to breath or that the pain is more than what I normally feel. Drink plenty of water and try to lay on it have a lot of pillows to help you. I place at least 3 to 4 in between my legs at bed time to help me
