Cramps But No Blood

So I've had my mirena IUD for 17 days now and this morning I woke up with cramps in my lower abdomen but no blood? Just light spotting that I only see when I wipe after going to the bathroom? Is this normal since my body is getting used to my IUD? Or should I worry?
