Anyone get negative and then a positive after a couple missed days?

I'm 2 days late which is not regular, im cramping everynight and slight nausea and negative sticks are the only thing that seems to show. Has anyone ever waited with nothing but negatives and then a positive randomly came... I'm just done with these symptoms and im like if I'm not pregnant just bleed already!!! 😖😱

I’m having this issue now where glow is saying I’m 5 days late and on day af was supposed to show I tested, def. +, so I’ve taken a couple tests every day since because we just miscarried last month, but every other day it’s + and every other day it’s -
