Should I tell my boss?

I'm 3 weeks pregnant so not very far gone. I'm not worried about my job I've been there 9 months already and usually I would wait to tell them but on a Monday I have to bring the big board in from outside and I have to strain to lift it and I'm worried that this isn't good for me. Should I tell her for this reason?

I would just ask for help from a coworker or something. I don’t think you need to tell quite yet!

NO. You shouldn’t be straining to pick anything up whether pregnant or not. You should have appropriate manual handing training or be using proper lifting equipment.
