Telling ttc friend that I’m pregnant

How do I tell my friend that’s been ttc for maybe years and who had to adopt because she has PCOS? I have PCOS as well and have a 2 year old that took me 6 months to conceive and now pregnant after 7 months of ttc. I know it can be hard for her but will be happy for me. I just want to tell her the best way. Any advice? Or experience?
