I had a meltdown last night because I saw spotting when I wiped after using the bathroom. It’s light pink and continued through to this morning, with some cramps. I’m 4+2 and still getting really good line progression on my tests, but I’m really scared. My husband says it’s implantation bleeding?

(Faintest one was Tuesday, the other two were last night after spotting happened)

I’m really scared cause of the cramps and the spotting looks like I’m about to start my period. Does this seem like a miscarriage to anyone or am I probably ok?
