Just starting - need some help
Hi everyone!
I just started tracking my bbt and have been having some trouble. I’m a very light sleeper and wake up several times a night including waking up to pee.
I’ve been tracking still when I wake up in the morning but today I also tracked when I woke up at 4:40 am and the results are very different.
4:40 am - 97.01
8:30 am - 97.46
Should I use the 8:30 one because it’s closer to my last few days? I’ve been struggling to fall back asleep all week so I’m not sure it’s a full 3 hours at the 8 am mark.
