Diaphragms and natural BC methods

Hi all, I’m seriously considering using a diaphragm with a non n9 spermicide such as contragel or gynol ii. How you all tried a diaphragm or other natural methods such as FAM? Please share your experiences. I’m looking at using the Caya or Milex.
