So my daughter is 10 months old and my husband and I are wanting to try for baby number 2! I got my iud in October and got it taken out two weeks ago. The problem is I had very irregular periods before I got pregnant with baby 1 and I have been breastfeeding with baby 1 and now I’m afraid that literally everything combined is going to make trying for baby #2 so much harder. I haven’t had my period yet since getting the IUD out but I don’t know when I’ll get it since everything is irregular. I had some light spotting and clots for a few days after removal but nothing big. Can anyone provide me with advice? Or has anyone been in my shoes? My OB was not helpful with answering these questions. I’m just feeling very discouraged and need some help 😔
