Best prenatal vitamins for trying to conceive?
I’ve been taking the Nature Made prenatal with DHA for almost 7 months. Are there any better over the counter options that will help better with conceiving? I’ve also been taking Geritol (mainly for the iron and the stigma that “there’s a baby in every bottle”) and I think it was a waste of money. My doctor wants me to wait for a full year of TTC before she’ll step in. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!
