Anxiety

I have been through a lot in the last three years and I am starting to accept and realize that I need to talk to someone to get help, but until I can I’m trying to try natural remedies to ease my anxiety.

My stomach has been in knots for days. I feel hungry but the thought of eating makes me feel even more sick. Almost thrown up a few times.

I have been getting chills and or very cold.

I am constantly worrying and that worry makes my chest feel tight.

Does any one have any recommendations for helping ease your anxiety symptoms?

I’m a single mom of a 2 year old and it’s debilitating me of being the best for my son.
