Hi all, I’m fairly new to this (ttc for 3 months) and am a bit overwhelmed by all the information out there. I had been using the BBT temp tracking to predict ovulation but after no BFP I started monitoring my cervical mucus and using ovulation predictor kits. I found that I only have one day of egg white cervical mucus (day before and after were sticky/creamy) and it corresponded with my LH surge. Does that mean that my optimal fertile window is only one day? Thank you for any insight!
