Had an iud for the last 6 months and it's been an awful, heavy bleeding cramp filled 6 months. But I kept it because I was in a long term relationship.
He dumped me two days ago and I'm wondering how long is suitable to remove it. Considering I don't plan to sleep with anyone else for a while
