Anxiety panic attack

So last night I went to bed at 10, woke up at 1130 unable to breath, started to panic, turned on all the lights, started pacing around my house which obviously didn't help....I started to try and calm down and catch my breath, started reading to ease my mind...I was scared if I closed my eyes and definitely not turning off any lights I was going to die!!!!

I'm almost 18 weeks pregnant and this happened to me towards my previous pregnancy around 8 months. Same thing with the unable to breathe but also it looked like the ceiling was caving down on me. Its the scariest feeling ever. I'm not sure why it's happening again. I'm not depressed, I'm not that stressed. I read it could be pregnancy hormones...it took me almost 2 hours to relax, breathe and not freak out. Has anyone experienced this and what helped you? Sorry so long but it's frightening...😥😥😥😥😥😓😓😓
