I'm currently in the tww I'm 4dpo. Ovulation confirmed with positive opk. I fell pregnant in October 2018 and from 5dpo I had incredibly sore boobs. My pregnancy ended in MMC at 9 weeks. I have had cramps since 1dpo but my boobs aren't hurting at all. It's making me think we haven't caught. Are pregnancy symptoms always the same? I feel so desperate to be pregnant again and have a healthy baby. I'm just hoping. Thanks x
