My period is 12 days late and neg test.. what could this be? Thanks!

If you're 12 days late. It wouldn't be implantation. It's far too late in your cycle for that. It could be pregnancy spotting but if you're that late it may just be the start of AF. Only think you can do is take a pregnancy test.

I was far past 12 days late when I took my first pregnancy test and it still came out negative. But I actually was pregnant. Currently almost 33 weeks. It most definitely could be implantation. Not everyone experiences implantation at the same time. I experienced a super late implantation and thought I was miscarrying. But that’s all it was. So I would suggest actually going to the doctor instead.

Following. I’m currently 7 days late and have random spotting. I’m guessing it’s just stress delaying my period but praying for the best.
