I had some spotting on Tuesday which has since stopped. My doctor says I have a minor placental tear and theres really nothing they can do but recommends I take it easy. I didn't think to actually ask what that meant since I was trying to process what was being said. I'm terrified I'm going to lose this baby too.

Does anyone know what taking it easy means? He didn't say bedrest or anything but my doctors office also doesnt really believe in it. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
