HCG Blood Test after 3 faint positive tests

Ladies?!?!! I got 3 tests that looked similar to the one below, SUPER FAINT! I went for bloodwork at 4:30pm yesterday and they said my levels were 4mIU, Any advice or suggestions as to what is going on. Still no sign of period, boobs sore, nipples SUPER SENSITIVE, Nauseous, and pulling/pinching in Lower abdomen. [With my last pregnancy my first reading was 29, 4days later it was in the 300s]
