Can someone please explain this to me ? I was told by the tech it was my baby's boy part, but now looking at it , it looks like there is a face in there , and the boy part is its arm, can someone please explain this to me? It was taken at 20 weeks.

Definitely not a face. It's his boy parts, and one leg extended down while the other may be bent.
Here's my 20w4d ultrasound of my son showing off he's a boy.Legs slightly bent and baby boy part in between.

There's no face... that's right and left butt cheeks with scrotum and Penis... looking from underneath him. Hard to explain but def. Just boy parts. I believe

I see the "face" but it's really just his leg. Looking at this you can clearly see the pelvic bone as well as the leg. If you think about it, if that his arm it would look like Popeye. Lol. Congrats on your baby boy momma!
