14 week hemorrhage

I hope this is the right group.. So I’m currently 14 weeks & 4 days. I woke up this morning and was playing with my daughter and it felt like I started peeing on myself and couldn’t control it until I went to the bathroom and blood poured out. I went to the doctor and there’s blood around my placenta, he said my cervix looks fine and her heart beat is 152. He told me it could go 1 or 2 ways, I can come back next week and she will be growing and healthy or she won’t have a heart beat. In my doctors app I have with them he put my Problem as hemorrhage. Anyone had any luck with a healthy baby after dealing with something similar?
