Bleeding and pregnant
Got a positive pregnancy test (3 of them) last week. First Dr appointment (8weeks) scheduled Feb 5th. Today I went to the bathroom and my panties have blood in them and when I peed there was blood.... Am I miscarrying? 😭💔 Posting in ALOT of groups because it's even too soon to just get an ultrasound to check
