I went to my three hour glucose test this morning after fasting since 1am this morning which is unlike me because I've always woken up around 5 or 6 to grab a drink and snack before going back to bed. My first test I failed by 40 points, this test I failed my base line test by two points scored as a 98. Now I have to see a dietary aide to figure out what's going on because I dont meet any of the traditional markers for gestational diabetes besides diabetes runs in my family. A little disappointing considering I dont really eat junk food or processed foods and rarely ever drink soda, mainly just juices and milk. But hearing that something isn't where it should be is concerning, any one have gestational diabetes and have any complications or did everything turn out favorable.
