IUD (kyleena) Cramps :(
So I got kyleena inserted yesterday and had fainting and cramps for the rest of the day. The dizziness has gone away now but the cramps are just as bad as they were the hour I had it put in.
How do you deal with the cramps?
I’ve taken Ibuprofen and have a hot water bottle but if there’s anything else that helps I’m desperate to try it!
