Showing off one year later!
These beautiful 33 week 4 pound tiny babies are ONE today! I can honestly say this year has been the most difficult but rewarding year ever. They've completed our family and I feel so lucky to be their mama!
I did these photos myself so they're not the best but I'm happy with how they turned out.
