Weight Gain
So some women struggle to lose weight, and some struggle to gain weight. Due to stress, I lost a bunch of weight and dropped to a low of 105 pounds in August 2018☹️. I’m working hard and finally gained 10 pounds!! I hope to put on more soon to. Whether you’re trying to gain or lose, you can do it💪#momstrong
Edit: to gain the weight, I had to up my calories and eat more food. Sounds simple, right?? But it wasn’t because my body did not want it snd I burned it really fast. Lots of protein and protein shakes. If you work out, use weights more and do minimum cardio. Trust the process. Stay consistent. Change your mindset. I always say this, your body can withstand almost anything. It’s your mind you have to convince. You got this.... never doubt the process. If you fall off track, get right back on. It’s a life journey. We can support each other💪♥️
