Okay, I seriously need help and support.

Around this time last year, I was around 140 pounds and I was happy and healthy. I exercised about almost every day.

Since then I jumped into a new relationship, and gained a little “healthy” relationship weight but nothing that didn’t look good on me. About 8 months after that, I accidentally got pregnant and ready to accept motherhood but lost the baby into the ending of my first trimester and of course, I had a little baby fat along the way.

Devastated and shook that I was carrying child and lost a piece of me I never got to know, I immediately got on birth control and started to drink more which of course leads to weight gain.

Now stepping on the scale, I’m about 198 lbs and that always goes up and down. Some days I’m 203, other days I’m 196.

I have always been slim thick. Medium sized boobs, big ass, slim waist. Even with the weight gain, my waist is still a nice size but I hate the way I look. I don’t feel like my self anymore.

While my boyfriend still loves me and constantly always showing me love, I don’t feel attractive and I would like to go back to being a smaller me.

Any tips or tricks to help me jump start this weight loss journey?

P.S. I have tried the water fast ( and failed) and I tried detox teas and the salt water cleanse but I’m not sure if it worked.
