is it true that you can’t breast feed if you’ve gotten a boob job?

i’ve wanted one for some time now (i lost a lot of weight and now they just look deflated and sad) but my partner and i recently started thinking about having children when i finish college in the next two or so years and if i do get pregnant, i’d prefer to breastfeed my baby.

go easy on me, i’ve never thought about having children until now so i haven’t started any research yet 😅
