Husband going out of state for 3 days..should I have someone come stay with me?

You should have a list of people that you can call 24/7 in case of an emergency or if you need something. You should discuss with them first to make sure they will be able to be there for you.

My husband goes out of town quite a bit. I don’t have anyone stay with me but I do have a friend set up to call that can get here within 5 minutes to take me to the hospital if need be.

My boyfriend is a truck driver, he goes as far out as 6 hours every night M-F. All of our family is either 5-6 hours away, we share the car (he takes it to the warehouse and leaves it there for the 13+ hours he’s gone), I have a 6 year old in school and an 18 month at home with me. The only person I can call if I needed help would be my neighbor and she works part time as well as has 2 elementary school aged children. I have no idea how I’m not stressed about it but I’m sure we both will figure something when the time comes.

I guess I should have been more clear. I'm not worried about being alone. IF something happens my parents, in-laws, and friends are 3 hours away. I'm kind of excited to have the house to myself! Lol just worried of the unknown

We’re due the 7th and my husband is out of town until the 6th. He’s a minimal of 6-10 hours away. If we go earlier I’ll call my mom but I’m not worried about being alone🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m 37 and 5, my partner went away for a boys/business trip, 8hrs each way on Wednesday and is due back tonight (Friday). I don’t have anyone around me and the closest family/friend is 3hrs away, I stayed by myself and am fine, I figured if I go into labour I have a bit of time to get to hospital being a FTM and id just leave early while I’m able to drive. 
I do have all my bags packed tho and have extra bags packed for dogs ect if I had to take them but so far all good. 
I was however more comfortable staying by myself then having family come and stay meant I could lounge around chill out. If you aren’t comfortable definitely get someone to come stay with you :)

It won't hurt to have somebody there.  But definitely have some kind of game plan set in place
